Our struggle to find good quality Ajwa in the west..
For the past few years I have struggled to find Ajwa dates in the UK which are soft, juicy and sweet. Every single time I purchased a box they would be so hard (unedible) ultimately wasting my hard earned cash. So, I decided to source my own. From a farm in Medinah Saudi Arabia, no third party sellers, no nonsense, just fresh organic Ajwa's! For a reasonable price without breaking the bank, you now can eat fresh organic Ajwa dates from the comfort of your own home.
...What makes our dates organic?
The owner of the Ajwa dates farm has drilled the ground to get fresh water from the ground to his land to water the palm trees. He does not use tap water which is not even safe to drink.
Sadly, what most people do not know is some farmers use recycled sewage water [from government water tanks] to water the date palm trees. However at Ajwa Plug, you can have your mind at peace as our dates are grown using filtered water ONLY. They are grown without using any pesticides/harmful chemicals and harvested by hand. The way the dates are grown plays an important role in the quality of the dates.

1. When were your dates harvested?
September 2022! (As fresh as they can get!)
2. Are the dates washed before packing?
No, they are harvested from the palm tree and put into our packaging. We know they look so good to eat but please wash before consuming.
3. How long can I store the Ajwa dates?
As long as you seal them after every use, they can last for up to 2 years!
4. I am a company and would like to stock your product online, can I do this?

5. Do you offer wholesale?
If you are a local supermarket/corner shop and would like to sell our products please get in touch via email/phone. Other than that, we do not offer wholesale.
DELIVERY & RETURNS
1. How long will delivery take?
Once dispatched allow up to 5 working days.
2. Can I cancel my order?
You may cancel your order upto 24 hours of purchasing. Once dispatched, your order can no longer be cancelled.
3. Do you deliver international?
YES! We have had customers from the USA, Canada, Denmark, Finland, Norway contact us if the country you wish to ship to is not showing up on the delivery list.
4. Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns.
5. What if my product shows up damaged?
If any of your products have been damaged during transit please immediately take pictures as evidence for Royal Mail, email us with the evidence and if you would either like a refund or exchange.
